- autoupdate implemented to test-ircddb.sh-script

- bugfix in installscript. parameter index in database setup of dstarmon.properties could be double (0/none).

2010/06/14
- startup had to be moved from dsm- to dstar_gw start-script.
  gw_schedule uses dstar_gw to start/stop/restart the dstar processes.
  During last remote "restart" the clean shutdown of the postgres database was blocked by ircDDB.
  ircDDB needs to be stopped before the database is shut down.
  Fixed!

- we are moving to our new domain ircddb.net and new servers.
  Some paths have to be adjusted in the software.
